Prepared using fat free milk and solid white albacore tuna.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9- inch pie plate.
Cook onion and margarine in 10- inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
Sprinkle tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the onion in pie plate.
Stir together baking mix, milk, pepper and eggs thoroughly with fork. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with tomato slices and remaining cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes.
